Below is a list of the other features of the Exodec system.
- *78 – activate Do Not Disturb. Press *78 and DIAL, the system will say “Do not disturb is activated.” If DND is active, your phone cannot take inbound calls. All inbound calls will be transferred to voicemail. If you do not have voicemail, the inbound call will get a busy signal.
- *79 – Deactivate Do Not Disturb. Press *79 and press DIAL. The system will say “Do not disturb, deactivated.”
- *95xxxx – Call a different extensions voicemail directly, dial *95xxxx where xxxx is the extension of the person who you want to leave a voicemail for.
- *22 – interrogate the company directory.
- *21 – Pick up the first call ringing. If you are in an office and another phone extension is ringing, you can dial *21 and pick up the call remotely.
- *21xxxx – Directed call pickup, where xxxx is the extension of the phone you wish to pick up. If multiple phone extensions are ringing and you wish to pick up a particular extension, dial *21xxxx and the call will be picked up remotely.
- *66 – Dial the last missed call. This is for internal extensions only.
- *94 – Listen to the Date/Time.
- *52 – Echo test. This is used by VoIP professionals to measure latency on a line.
